July 10th 2014 Growth Hub Event

In partnership with Natwest’s Women in Business Program and the Growth Hub in Manchester, ICCL presented a workshop to mentor women with start-up businesses. The event was popular, there were only 20 places available, and another 20 women on the waiting list!
The session included a PowerPoint presentation followed by hands on experience. Participants were asked to build models representing core identity of the business, aspirational identity and how to reach there. This part of the workshop brought out many remarkable and interesting stories where participants discovered for the first time as Unique points in their new start-ups.
Few participants were even emotional and in tears describing their achievements and how they managed to get there. The bricks played major part in visualising their inner subconscious information of what their businesses are about and what they want to achieve in the future.
We were very glad that everyone enjoyed the event and were delighted to receive great feedback and recorded testimonials, we hope that we can run more of these events with the Growth Hub in the future.
